U-FINO/ATR joint event ~Aiming for Kansai where startups gather from all over the world~2024/03/06

ATR, which promotes global collaboration, and U-FINO (Umekita Future Innovation Organization), which develops support programs for the creation of new industries from Umekita, are collaborating together with the Kansai Economic Federation, the Kansai Association of Corporate Executives, and the Keihanna Research Complex Promotion Council. We will begin efforts to attract global startups to Kansai.

In addition to introducing the global collaboration underway at Keihanna Science City and the innovation creation activities promoted by U-FINO, we will discuss what overseas startups expect from Kansai in a panel discussion with key personnel from overseas bases that ATR works with.

In the second half of the event, domestic and foreign companies selected for KGAP+, a program that supports global startups, took to the stage. In this collaboration between ATR and U-FINO, startups that are promoting matching in Kansai mainly with the cooperation of U-FINO will present their pitches with the aim of acquiring partners.

We welcome participation from a variety of people, including companies, VC/CVC, and financial institutions who are interested in collaborating with global startups!
