Global Startup Pitch (KGAP+ Batch8) in Kyoto – KOIN2022/12/06

KGAP+ (Keihanna Global Acceleration Program Plus) and partner institutions in Kyoto will hold a collaborative pitch event.

Seven startups from Batch8 (the 8th cohort, Ovtober 28 – February 1), which are working on collaboration and PoC with Japanese companies and others, will take the stage. These global startups will showcase their products and services that utilize sensing, IoT, food tech, agri-tech, and AI to realize a smart and sustainable society.

This will be a hybrid event held at KOIN, a open innovation cafe in Kyoto, and online. We look forward to seeing everyone interested in working with startups!

    2. Revive Innovations+ (U.K)
      Developing a pre-loaded injection device that administers life-saving adrenaline, while utilizing a compact and patient centric form-factor.
    3. Algobot (Hong Kong)
      Offers the world’s first Web3 marketplace with robo-traders built on NFTs. Developers partner with licensed companies to become legitimate RoboTraders, and licensed companies can reduce costs by purchasing operating NFTs.
    4. Or:bital Bloom (U.K.)
      A virtual garden that reflects the environmental performance of businesses and thrives as businesses go green. A first-of-its-kind product combines the accuracy of data reporting with the creativity of digital arts, algorithmic tracking, and AI to incentivise climate action.
    5. German Bionic (Bavaria, Germany)
      Building robotic exoskeleton(aka. Power Suits) for the industrial/logistics field. Our Cray X power suit features connected capability to provide measurable productivity enhancement and secure a safer workspace.
    6. AutoVid.ai (India)
      AutoVid.ai is an AI platform to generate real human videos, thus bypassing the cumbersome process of shooting with cameras, microphones, actors, and studios. These videos/virtual-agents redefine digital experiences by humanizing personalized communication at scale, across External (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) and Internal Communications (HR, Corporate, L&D).
    7. Mechasys (Canada)
      Offers an innovative laser projector that displays construction plans on a real scale on any job with 3mm accuracy. It speeds up productivity, reduces human risks, and simplifies the process.
